inonino is an innovative storytelling app that encourages you to create & read awesome stories with illustrations, background music, and audible narrations, with the help of AI. These Terms of Service apply to all users and visitors to inonino. By using, visiting, or interacting with inonino via its applications or websites, you agree to these Terms of Service.
inonino is a worldwide service owned and operated by Nunuworks, Inc. When we refer to inonino (“we”, “us" or “our”) in this Terms of Service, we refer to the inonino website, applications, and services only, not to any other services owned or operated by Nunuworks, Inc. When we refer to users (or you), we mean all users and visitors to inonino.
These are inonino's Terms of Service, and they apply to all users of the inonino service. By using inonino you agree to these Terms of Service. We can collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When you create an account you must provide us with accurate information, in good faith, and you agree to keep your information updated if it changes. You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
You are responsible for all activity on your inonino account. If you violate our Privacy Policy, we may terminate your account. Please refrain from engaging in illegal activities, behaving abusively towards others, or attempting to exploit inonino's systems. It is important to review our Privacy Policy, and User Guidelines to understand how to use inonino appropriately. While our Privacy Policy addresses various potential issues, we reserve the right to take swift action against any new threats to inonino or the well-being of our community, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all inonino users.
To become a user, simply log in to the inonino app or website using your Google or Apple Account. Upon joining, you become part of the inonino user community. You are granted 10 credits that you can use to create a story. Each additional story beyond this initial offering will require the use of credits, as outlined in our Pricing Plans.
As a user of inonino, you have access to choose the style of cartoon and narration voice for your story. You can create and enjoy reading stories within the app, with the ability to read other users' stories as well. To prioritize the safety of our community, we have made the following choices:

inonino offers a range of pricing plans available for monthly subscriptions. Our pricing may differ depending on your country or region. For accurate pricing information, please refer to the pricing plan section within the app or visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Our prices may change from time to time. Please note that Payments, Currencies, and Refunds for inonino's services are handled exclusively by Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. Any inquiries or concerns related to billing should be directed to these platforms.
We do not collect Tax ID numbers from our users. You may be required to pay taxes based on your local jurisdiction when you are purchasing any of our services. This is typically shown as an extra tax field during the payment checkout process.
To create a story, it requires 10 credits to be deducted from your account balance.
To share the joy of creating stories with friends, users have the opportunity to gift and receive credits from others. By generating a unique link within the app, users can gift 10 credits to an unlimited number of recipients. When these recipients sign up using the provided link, both the sender and the recipient will be rewarded with 10 credits each, allowing them to explore more storytelling possibilities on inonino.
This limitation ensures that the distribution of credits is transparent, allowing all users to benefit from the credit gifting feature while maintaining the integrity of the inonino platform.
All stories and associated content created within inonino are the exclusive intellectual property of inonino. Users are hereby informed that they are not authorized to utilize this content for income-generating purposes. Any unauthorized use or distribution of inonino content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or legal action. Inonino reserves the right to protect its intellectual property rights and maintain the integrity of the content generated within the app. Users are encouraged to respect these guidelines and use inonino's platform responsibly.
Only adults, such as parents or guardians who are 18 years or older, are permitted to create an account on the inonino platform. Given the nature of AI, which powers part of our content creation and moderation, there's always a possibility of inaccuracies or unintended content. Therefore, parents and guardians must review and oversee their child's activities on our platform, ensuring it aligns with their developmental needs and interests.
Terminating accounts is a serious measure that will only be taken in extreme circumstances where a user has violated our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. As a global company based in Canada, we must comply with economic sanctions and trade restrictions implemented by the Federal Government of Canada. This means that inonino cannot take part in transactions that involve any citizen or people living in those countries. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. In our dedication to continuous improvement, inonino may introduce or eliminate features to enhance user experience. We regularly conduct tests on new elements with a subset of users to gauge their effectiveness. Rest assured that any significant deviations from the Terms of Service will be communicated during feature trials. At inonino, we value transparency and user control. With your explicit consent, we may enable external websites or services to access and validate information from your inonino account or undertake specific actions on your behalf through integrations. As a user, you can permanently delete your account at any time by going to your Settings. Please note that stories created on inonino will not be deleted when your account is deleted as it is the property of inonino. Account deletion doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. If you decide to permanently delete your account, please be aware that all of your account data will be erased, but your subscription will remain active until you manually cancel it through the appropriate platform like Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. By relying on these established platforms, we ensure that subscription management is seamless and follows industry standards for security and user convenience. Users are already familiar with the process of managing subscriptions through these platforms, which provides a consistent and user-friendly experience. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove any content you may have on inonino at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel your future privileges to use inonino as well. You may not bring a claim against us for suspending or terminating your account, and you agree you will not bring such a claim. If you try to bring such a claim, you are responsible for the damages caused, including attorneys' fees and costs. These Terms of Service remain in effect even if you no longer have an account on inonino.
By using inonino to read, create and interact with stories, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, privately display, or prepare derivative works of your usage activities. The purpose of this license is strictly limited to allowing us to provide the best storytelling experience for everyone. You may not impersonate another person or infringe others' intellectual property or proprietary rights when you use inonino.
You may grant inonino access to your third-party accounts for some inonino features to operate. Each time you connect your third-party account, that third-party account will present a page that describes the information that inonino can access. At any time, you can revoke inonino's access to those accounts using the third-party integration applications.
Our creations are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Some examples of our creations are our stories, site, app, logo, icon, and codebase. We grant you a license to use our logo and icon to promote inonino only. You may use our logo or icon for article publishing and distribution only but you may not edit them in any shape or form before publishing. You may not otherwise use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of our creations unless we give you permission in writing. You will indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, that arise from these Terms of Service or relate to your use of inonino. We reserve the right to exclusive control over the defense of a claim covered by this clause. If we use this right then you will help us in our defense. Your obligation to indemnify under this clause also applies to our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers.
inonino is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law. The disclaimers of warranty under this clause also apply to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of these Terms of Service, or your use or attempted use of inonino. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of inonino. We are specifically not liable for losses associated with unfulfilled benefits and losses caused by conflicting contractual agreements. For this clause “we” and “our” are defined to include our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers.
We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue. If a dispute does arise out of these Terms of Service or concerning your use of inonino, then the dispute will be resolved in a provincial court located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the British Columbia courts to resolve any such dispute. British Columbia law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these Terms of Service, all other inonino Privacy Policy, and any dispute that arises between you and inonino.
These Terms of Service and any referenced Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision in these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable, then that provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified, it is severed from these Terms of Service, and all other provisions remain in force. If either party fails to enforce a right provided by these Terms of Service, it does not waive the ability to enforce any rights in the future. We may sometimes make changes to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights, then we will let you know before the changes come into effect. Continuing to use inonino after a change means you accept the new Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. These Terms of Service are an agreement with Nunuworks Inc.
